Why behavior change stalls after the workshop

Most programs end at the workshop, and the behaviors they were meant to change fade within weeks. Here is the layer that closes the gap.

Why behavior change stalls after the workshop

Most change programs end at the workshop. People leave energized, the slide deck gets archived, and three weeks later the behavior the workshop was meant to change is exactly where it started.

That is not a training problem. It is an execution problem.

The gap between knowing and doing

Knowing what to do and doing it daily are two different systems. A session can move the first. Only repetition in the flow of work moves the second.

What actually holds a behavior in place

  • A step small enough to do on a normal day
  • A reminder that arrives where the work happens
  • A manager who can see it happening
  • A measurement that shows the shift

What we do differently

1st90 builds the reinforcement layer behind the program. The content is yours. The daily steps, the delivery, and the before and after data are ours.

A program is not proven by how people felt in the room. It is proven by what they do on a Tuesday.

If you want to see how that works in practice, walk through one of our case studies.
